Ortal 60 (Signature Burner)

Configuration
Barrier

The Ortal 60 is a linear direct vent gas fireplace. Ortal's Signature burner is a long ribbon of flame rising from a bed of glass, pebbles or logs, which is the contemporary look most people picture when they think of a linear gas fireplace. It runs on natural gas or propane.

This is the standard height version of the 60 inch Signature model, the lowest glass of the three heights, a wide ribbon of fire. You can order it front facing, as a left or right corner, three sided, as a see-through between two rooms, as an indoor-outdoor see-through with one side facing a covered porch or patio or as a Space Creator room divider. The front is either Ortal's double glass heat barrier, which keeps the outer glass cool enough to touch, or a micro mesh protective screen. The see-through versions have glass on both long sides, and the indoor-outdoor version uses double glass on the outdoor face so it can sit in an exterior wall under cover.

Ortal fireplaces are built to order, so the configuration, heat barrier, interior and fire bed all get chosen before it ships. We measure the space, plan the vent run, confirm the clearances against the Ortal installation manual, and handle the install and the service afterward. Compare the rest of the Ortal line or visit our Auburn, Brunswick and Yarmouth showrooms to see the burners side by side.
