Forge & Flame Stardance Direct Vent Gas Stove - Classic Black, crafted with Vermont Castings Finish

In Classic Black, the Vermont Castings Stardance has the look of a traditional cast iron stove, with nothing to distract from the fire. Operable doors frame a 19 by 16-7/8 inch ceramic glass front, so you get a generous view of the flame.

It runs on standing pilot ignition, so no electricity is needed to enjoy it. The stove vents out the top, and a variable speed fan kit or a remote can be added separately if you want them. Vermont Castings rates its input at 20,000 to 28,000 BTU/hr on natural gas and 21,000 to 25,000 BTU/hr on propane.

What Makes the Stardance in Classic Black Different

• A finish that goes anywhere. Classic Black keeps the look simple and lets the flame take center stage.
• No electricity needed. Standing pilot ignition runs the stove without household power.
• A generous fire view. The ceramic glass measures 19 by 16-7/8 inches, so the flame is easy to enjoy from across the room.
• Add options later. A variable speed fan kit and on/off or thermostat remotes are sold separately.
