Napoleon Vector 74 See Through Direct Vent Gas Fireplace
The Napoleon Vector 74 See Through is the linear Vector with glass on both faces, so one fire serves two rooms, or one big room split by a partial wall. The burner runs the full width of the 76.75 x 18.62 in window, the black MIRRO-FLAME porcelain reflective panels come with the unit, and the fire reads the same from either side. What sits on the burner is up to you. Napoleon ships it without any media, and you pick it. Most people start with a High Definition Oak, Driftwood, or Birch log set and then add glass beads, glass embers, or Mineral Rocks around it. You can also go without logs and use a Beach Fire set, standard Birch logs, a Woodland rock kit, Wrought Iron Globes, or a bed of colored glass on its own.
Both faces finish clean. No surround is required on either side; the finishing flange lets your tile, stone, or drywall run right up to the opening, with non-combustible material directly above and beside it on both faces. The remote control, wall switch, eFIRE Bluetooth controller, multi-color LED ember bed lighting, and Napoleon's Night Light all come included, and so does the safety barrier. It frames at 16.19 in deep, shallower than the single-sided Vector, which matters when the wall between the two rooms is thin. It is built in Ontario, Canada, and runs on natural gas; a propane conversion kit is available. The 62 and 74 usually carry a lead time, so bring us in early if it is going into new construction or a remodel.
What Makes the Vector 74 See Through Different
- Two rooms, one fire. Glass on both faces means a kitchen and living room, or a bedroom and bath, share the same flame.
- Media you choose. Logs, glass, rocks, globes, or a mix, picked to suit both rooms rather than fixed at the factory.
- Clean finish on both sides. The finishing flange lets the facing run tight to the opening on each face; trims and premium barriers are optional, and anything you add is planned for two faces.
- On Demand ignition. Electronic intermittent pilot ignition with a continuous pilot mode and a 7-day timer gives you control over how the pilot runs.
This listing is the current Napoleon Vector 74 See Through fireplace, model LV74N2, natural gas with electronic ignition; a propane conversion kit is available. A media choice is required and sold separately, and the finish above and beside the opening on both faces must be non-combustible.

Ownership & Maintenance
The safety barrier comes with the fireplace and must be installed. The access-side door is the one that opens for service. The remote control takes 3 AAA batteries and the wall switch holder takes 4 AA for battery backup. We offer ongoing service for our customers.
We'll help you choose the media and any trim for each face, then plan the venting, framing, and the non-combustible finish on both sides of the wall. See more gas fireplaces or stop by our Auburn, Brunswick, and Yarmouth showrooms.
