Napoleon Luxuria 74 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace

The Napoleon Luxuria 74 is a wide linear gas fireplace with a 78.12 x 18.62 inch viewing area and a clean face, so the fire reads as a long band of flame set into the wall rather than a framed box. It is built around Napoleon's Dynamic Heat Control, which is part of the unit, not an add-on. You choose the look yourself, from High Definition logs in Oak, Driftwood, or Birch to a media kit such as Beach Fire, Woodland, Mineral Rock, or Wrought Iron Globes, sold separately.

It is also complete out of the box apart from the media. The remote control, wall switch, and eFIRE app control are included, the glass guard safety barrier is standard, and the MIRRO-FLAME porcelain panels line the firebox. A multi-colored LED ember bed and the Night Light let it glow with the burner off, and a battery back-up keeps it running through a power outage. It is a natural gas unit; a propane conversion kit is available. It uses electronic ignition and needs a hard-wired 120 volt connection, which we plan for during installation. It is built in Ontario, Canada.

What Makes the Luxuria 74 Different

• Dynamic Heat Control built in. It comes installed in the unit, which is what makes the finished wall above the fireplace practical for drywall and a TV. Napoleon designs the Luxuria with TVs in mind.
• Your logs or your media. Pick High Definition Oak, Driftwood, or Birch logs, a standard Birch log kit, or a Beach Fire, Woodland, Mineral Rock, or Wrought Iron Globes kit, then add glass beads or embers if you want more sparkle.
• Triple-pane glass guard. Napoleon describes the glass guard as safe to touch, and it comes with the unit.
• Remote, app, and lighting included. The remote, wall switch, eFIRE app control, Night Light, and LED ember bed all come with it, so you're not adding them later.

This listing is the current Napoleon Luxuria 74, model LVX74NX-1, natural gas with electronic ignition; a log set (High Definition Oak OLKTLV74, Driftwood DLKTLV74, or Birch BLKTLV74) or a media kit is required and sold separately.
