Napoleon Haliburton Direct Vent Gas Stove
The Napoleon Haliburton is a compact freestanding direct vent gas stove with a wide, low glass front and a PHAZER log set. At 26 3/4 inches wide and 22 1/2 inches tall it fits where a taller cast iron stove will not, and it sits on an integral pedestal with the gas connection inside the base. The logs, the embers, the safety barrier, and a built-in blower come with the stove. You choose the door, in metallic black or satin chrome, which is sold separately.
It comes two ways: electronic ignition (GDS28-1NE) with a battery backup so it lights during an outage, or millivolt (GDS28-1NSB) with a standing pilot that needs no electricity for the fire. The blower on either model plugs into a 120 volt outlet. It vents out the top only, with 4 inch exhaust and 7 inch intake pipe, and can be set up for natural draft venting with an adapter kit. It comes in natural gas, and a propane conversion kit is available.
What Makes the Haliburton Different
- Low profile. A wide 24.5 by 11.38 inch window on a stove under two feet tall, for a room where height is the problem.
- Blower and logs included. The blower with a variable speed switch is built in, and the PHAZER log set and embers ship with the stove.
- Your choice of ignition. Electronic with battery backup, or millivolt that runs with no power at all.
- Your choice of door. Finish the stove with a metallic black or satin chrome door.

Ownership & Maintenance
The safety barrier comes with the stove and must be installed. The electronic model has a holder for 4 AA batteries that are not supplied. The stove can sit on a wood floor, but on carpet or vinyl it needs a metal or wood panel under it. We offer ongoing service for our customers.
