The Valor H6 is a big fire in a thoughtful package. This natural gas fireplace has a window 36-1/8 inches wide, decorative overhead lighting, and a firebox with tapered sides and a shallow depth, so it makes a statement without needing a deep wall.

It's also easy to make your own. Pair birch, driftwood, or traditional logs with a liner like fluted black, gray brick, or reflective glass, and pick a clean install, fixed frame, 3-sided, or 4-sided front. Valor recommends adding HeatShift, and the Valor 10 remote comes with it.
