The Mendota FV33i Décor/Timberline gas insert is for people who want to choose the character of their fire. Pick Timberline and you get big, natural-looking logs in white oak, birch, or driftwood. Pick Décor and the flames play over glass media, tumbled marble, or river rock for a clean, modern look.
Mendota sized the FV33i to fit smaller fireplace openings, and says its viewing area is 30% larger than comparably sized insert designs. Electronic IPI ignition with a thermostatic remote, dual blowers as standard equipment, and a battery backup for power outages make it easy to use day to day.
What Makes the FV33i Décor/Timberline Different
- Logs or modern media. Timberline offers natural log styles, while Décor uses glass, tumbled marble, or river rock.

Ownership & Maintenance
If the power goes out, plug the backup battery pack harness into the backup power inlet and load four fresh AA batteries. Keep spare AA batteries in the house. The manual remains the authority on operation, and we offer ongoing service for our customers.
