The Regency Bellavista B36XTCE is for homeowners who want the fire, not the fireplace, to be what people notice. Its flush, clean-face front keeps the look simple and modern, and a 652 square inch viewing area gives you a wide, easy look at the flames from across the room.
It's a 36-inch direct vent gas fireplace that's easy to live with day to day. Electronic ignition with a SureFire switch lets you choose an on-demand pilot or a continuous pilot. Venting can run in either 4 x 6 5/8 inch or 5 x 8 inch co-axial pipe, which gives your installer some options, and a blower can be added if you'd like one.
