HearthStone Bari Plus TruHybrid Wood Stove

The HearthStone Bari Plus is a wood stove built around stored heat. Hase designs and builds it in Germany, and the firebox is lined on all sides with thermal heat storage bricks. The stove's extra height makes room for even more of that brick, which is what gives the Bari Plus its long HeatLife. HearthStone rates it at 16 hours.

It stands 54.6 inches tall in a slim, round Charcoal Steel body that fits a clean, modern room. Inside, HearthStone's TruHybrid system combines primary, secondary, and tertiary combustion using a catalyst, and the stove is EPA certified at 0.94 grams per hour. You can also rotate it through 225 degrees to point the fire where you want it.

What Makes the Bari Plus Different

  • Heat storage brick on every side. Thermal bricks line the whole firebox and soak up heat while the fire burns, then release it slowly into the room.
  • A tall, slim profile. At 54.6 inches tall and 18.5 inches across, it takes up little floor space and draws the eye up.
  • TruHybrid combustion. Primary, secondary, and catalytic combustion work together for a clean burn, with a certified rate of 0.94 g/hr.
  • Made in Germany by Hase. Hase designs and manufactures the Bari Plus exclusively in Germany.

Ownership & Maintenance

The Bari Plus uses a catalytic combustor. Like any catalytic stove, the catalyst should be inspected periodically and will eventually need replacement. Hearth Doctor customers get support after the sale, including help with that upkeep.

If you're comparing the Bari Plus with the standard Bari or other wood stoves, we'll help you sort out which fits your space. Our team also plans chimney, clearances, hearth protection, and installation.
