Majestic Designer Series See-Through 42 Wood-Burning Fireplace
The Majestic Designer Series See-Through 42 lets you enjoy a real wood fire from both sides of the wall. It's a two-sided fireplace, so the same fire can anchor two spaces at once and open up more design possibilities. The opening is 42 inches wide and 23 inches tall, with a clean face and nothing fussy around it.
It's a radiant, fully insulated see-through fireplace with a full refractory lining and a steel grate. The firescreen comes included, so you can burn it as an open fire right away, and bi-fold glass doors are available as an option. An outside air kit is standard, and gas knockouts are provided if you'd like to add a decorative gas log set down the road.
What Makes the Designer See-Through 42 Different
- A fire you see from both sides. The two-sided design puts the fire on view from either side of the wall, which gives you more ways to lay out the home around it.
- Clean face design. The opening is kept simple, so the surround you choose gets to do the talking.
- Open fire or glass doors. The included firescreen lets you enjoy an open wood fire. If you'd rather close it off, optional DM1242 bi-fold glass doors are available.
- Ready for gas logs later. Gas knockouts are built in, so a decorative gas log set can be added if you ever want the convenience of gas.
