Valor L1 See-Thru Linear Gas Fireplace, Propane

Some homes have two rooms that both want the fireplace. The Valor L1 See-Thru solves that with glass on both faces and a long, low 40 inch by 14-1/2 inch view on each side. Valor describes it as a way to connect living spaces and provide zone heating in two separate spaces.

This is the propane engine. Battery power runs it as a heater, so you're not relying on household electricity, and the Valor 10 remote in the box can hold a set temperature by adjusting the flame. You'll pick a fuel bed and liner, plus two fronts, one for each side of the wall.

What Makes the L1 See-Thru Different

  • Fire on both sides. The See-Thru has glass on both faces, so two rooms share one fire. Valor describes it as a way to provide zone heating in two separate spaces.
  • Runs on batteries. Like all Valor gas fireplaces, it uses four AA batteries as its primary power and works as a heater without household electricity.
  • HeatShift option. HeatShift is Valor's fanless convection system for moving warm air away from the opening. Valor recommends it, and it's required with the 1530CIK clean install front.
  • Thermostatic remote included. The Valor 10 remote can measure the room and adjust the flame height to hold the temperature you set.

This listing is the Valor 1600KP L1 See-Thru Linear engine (2-sided) for propane. The fuel bed, liner, and two fronts are ordered separately.
