Jotul GI 535 DV IPI New Harbor

The Jotul GI 535 DV IPI New Harbor lets you enjoy a gas fire in the wood fireplace you already have. It turns that fireplace into a direct vent gas heater that runs on natural gas or propane, with no wood to haul. It's made for medium-size fireplace openings.

Electronic ignition means the pilot doesn't have to burn all the time. A built-in 120 cfm blower helps move warm air out of the fireplace and into the room. The insert vents through two 3-inch liners run up your existing chimney.

Ownership & Maintenance

The electronic controls, blower, and accent light run on household power. During an outage, four AA batteries keep the burner working, but the blower and accent light will wait until the power comes back.
