Regency® City Series Santa Monica Pier 3-Sided Fireplace

Size

The Regency City Series Santa Monica Pier lets people enjoy the fire from three sides. Glass wraps the front and both ends, so the fireplace can anchor a space instead of hiding in one wall. It's a striking way to make a gas fire the centerpiece of your design.

It comes in two sizes, the 50-inch CP50E and the 60-inch CP60E, both for natural gas with electronic ignition. Standard installation uses 5 x 8 inch co-axial direct vent pipe, and an optional power vent is available.

What Makes the Santa Monica Pier Different

  • Three-sided view. Glass on the front and both ends lets you see the fire from three sides.
  • Two sizes. 50-inch and 60-inch models.
  • Venting options. Standard co-axial direct vent, or an optional power vent that uses 4 x 6 5/8 inch pipe.

This listing is for natural gas. Choose the 50-inch CP50E or the 60-inch CP60E.

Key Specifications

  • CP50E natural gas input: 19,000 to 35,000 BTU/hr
  • CP60E natural gas input: 21,000 to 39,000 BTU/hr
  • Venting: Direct vent co-axial, 5 in x 8 in; optional power vent uses 4 in x 6 5/8 in
  • CP50E fireplace efficiency (CSA P.4.1): 57.49% natural gas
  • CP60E fireplace efficiency (CSA P.4.1): 60.21% natural gas

Input and efficiency ratings are Regency's. Actual comfort depends on the space, how open it is, the installation, and how you use the fireplace.

Ownership & Maintenance

In a power outage, four AA batteries run the burner on a standard direct vent installation, but the lights won't work. If it's installed with the optional power vent, it won't run without power.

Three-sided fireplaces need careful framing and venting plans, and we can help with both, plus installation. See the Regency lineup or stop by our Auburn, Brunswick, and Yarmouth showrooms.
