Regency® CI2700/HI500 Wood Insert

The Regency Pro-Series CI2700 and Hampton HI500 are large catalytic wood inserts built for people who want a big fire from a big fireplace. Both take logs up to 22 inches long, so you can cut fewer, longer pieces.

They share the same insert body with a 2.6 cubic foot firebox. The difference is the look: the HI500 is the Hampton version, with a cast iron faceplate for a more traditional style. That makes it easy to choose the one that fits your room.

Ownership & Maintenance

The catalytic combustor should be inspected from time to time and will eventually need to be replaced. That's normal for any catalytic insert, and it's part of the ongoing service for our customers.
