Jotul F 445 Holliday Wood Stove, Matte Black

The Jotul F 445 Holliday is a mid-size wood stove that gives you a substantial everyday fire without stepping up to the biggest stoves in Jotul's lineup. It comes with a standard front or a clean face front, both in matte black paint, so you can pick the look you like.

Inside, it burns with a catalytic combustor, which helps clean up smoke before it leaves the stove. There's no separate bypass damper to work, so starting and reloading a fire stays straightforward. It's a practical, good-looking way to make wood heat part of your routine.

What Makes the F 445 Holliday Different

• Catalytic combustion. A catalytic combustor burns off smoke before it goes up the chimney.
• No bypass damper. One less control to think about when you load the stove.
• Two fronts. Choose the standard front or the simpler, flatter clean face front.

This listing is the standard front in matte black paint.

Key Specifications

• Manufacturer-rated heating area: Up to 1,600 sq ft

The heating-area figure is Jotul's rating. Actual results depend on your home's layout, insulation, chimney, installation, and how the stove is run.

Ownership & Maintenance

Like any catalytic stove, the F 445's combustor needs periodic inspection and will eventually need replacement. For stoves we sell, we can help with that as part of our support after the sale.

If you're weighing the F 445 against the larger F 500 Oslo, we'll help you figure out which size fits the space you're heating. See more wood stoves at our Auburn, Brunswick, and Yarmouth showrooms, and we'll plan the chimney, clearances, and hearth protection.
