ortal-wilderness-25h
Ortal Wilderness 25H

The Ortal Wilderness 25H is a compact, nearly square direct vent gas fireplace. Ortal's Wilderness burner runs the flame up through the log set instead of along a bed in front of it, so the fire reads much closer to wood than a typical linear gas fireplace. It still has the clean steel frame and large glass Ortal is known for, and it runs on natural gas or propane.

You can order it front facing, as a left or right corner or three sided. It comes with Ortal's double glass heat barrier, which keeps the outer glass cool enough to touch.

What Makes the Wilderness 25H Different

Wilderness burner. Flames come up through the logs for a wood-fire look.

Four ways to set it in the wall. Available front facing, as a left or right corner or three sided.

App control. Remote, wall switch and Wi-Fi app are all included on the Wilderness line.

Key Specifications

Viewing area: 25 3/16 in x 23 13/16 in

Natural gas input: up to 32,768 BTU/hr (79.7% efficiency, Ortal rating)

Propane input: up to 27,645 BTU/hr (80.4% efficiency, Ortal rating)

Venting: 5 in x 8 in coaxial direct vent

Heat barrier: Double glass front

Log sets: Dark Brown, Chopped Wood, Short Driftwood or Birch

Controls: Remote, Wi-Fi app and wall switch

Weight: 355 lb

Input and efficiency figures are Ortal's published ratings.
